Student Wellness Counselor
Maintains a student caseload providing individual personal counseling services. Provides additional Social / Emotional programming and small group counseling services as student needs arise within the school.
Social / Emotional Programming
Social / Emotional programming is stream lined across grades 9-12 through the investment in the program Wayfinder which provides a research based SEL and Future Readiness skill building curriculum. The six core skills taught are purpose, self awareness, adaptability, empathy, collaboration, and agency. The program is CASEL aligned (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning) and designed by Stanford as the only SEL curriculum that was first developed for high school students.
