Health Office
Spring Vaccine Clinic
In coordination with Columbus Public Health, we will host a Spring Vaccine Clinic at BWHS on May 18. CPH will be offering the Tdap/MCV4 and HPV vaccines to our students. This is an amazing opportunity for our upcoming seniors to fulfill their meningococcal vaccine requirement prior to the start of school next year!
The completed form is due Monday, May 1!

COVID-19 Guidance
What to do if your student tests positive for COVID 19?
The student will be asked to isolate for at least 5 days from onset of symptoms. Day of onset is Day 0, and you begin counting the following day. The student may return to in-person learning on Day 6 with a well-fitting mask, as long as the student has been fever free for 24 hours (without fever reducing medications) and symptoms are improving. The student is asked to remain masked through Day 10.
Please call or email the school nurse at aspangler@columbus.k12.oh.us with questions or concerns.
What to do if my student has been exposed to COVID 19?
If your student has been exposed to COVID 19 they should wear a well-fitting mask for 10 days from date of exposure. The student may test on Day 5 post exposure and if negative is no longer required to mask. If the student should develop symptoms, please stay home and obtain testing.
