What is an aptitude? An aptitude is an individual’s God-given ability to learn or perform in given areas. Aptitudes are not the same as interests, personality, or learned skills, which are environmentally dependent and change over time.

- Helps students uncover their aptitudes and interests, improving self-confidence and overcoming exposure biases.
- Measures 9 aptitudes most critical in determining career success.
- Students take a core assessment, which is done in school and takes 90-minutes to complete. It is divided into 11 short 5-10 minute exercises along with an interest and interpersonal style survey.
