The Ohio High School Athletic Association has announced that Bishop Watterson High School is one of four schools statewide to receive the Harold A. Meyer Sportsmanship Award for the 2015-16 academic year.

The OHSAA has a three-tiered system of recognition for sportsmanship, ethics and integrity awards. Sixteen schools overall were selected with 11 named Respect the Game Challenge recipients, which is the first level. Four, including Bishop Watterson, received the Harold A.
