TRANSCRIPTS: In order to send an official transcript to any institution (College/University, NCAA, Dual Enrollment, Scholarships, etc.), you must fill out a Transcript Request Form and give it to your counselor.  Allow 10 days for processing.  The first form must have both the student's and a parent's signature, all others require only the student's signature.  Please CLICK HERE to download the form, or see your counselor for a form.  
 


Are you an 18 year old male?  If so, the law requires that you register with the Selective Service.  All men between the ages of 18 and 25 who are permanent residents of the United States (even if you are not a U.S. citizen) must register. You can click on the following link and fill out an on-line form to register.  Men who have registered remain eligible for federal student aid, most federal jobs, and federal job training. Male non-citizens living in the U.S. who are 18 through 25 must register to remain eligible for citizenship.
