Terry Fairholm currently serves as the Director of the BWHS Development Department. Terry is also the president of Advancement Partners, with twenty-seven years of development experience in Catholic higher and secondary education. He is a graduate of the Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH) and has earned both a B.B.A. (Marketing) and M.B.A. (Management) from the University of Notre Dame. From 1986 to 1989 he served as Regional Director of Development at the University of Notre Dame. For the past twenty-four years in the consulting business, he has been involved in over two hundred capital campaigns, conducted over 3,000 personal solicitation calls and participated in numerous other advancement-related projects (annual fund, strategic planning, development assessments, Board development, etc.). Terry lives in Dublin with his wife, Diana. They have three sons, Mark, Bryan ‘06 and Curt ’12.
Ryan Steinbauer ’01 joined the Bishop Watterson Development Department as the Major Gifts Officer in December, 2012. Ryan’s responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, and soliciting Bishop Watterson constituents to build support for capital projects, endowment, and tuition assistance. He is a graduate of Franklin University with a B.S.in Business Administration. Before BWHS, he worked as a financial advisor in the banking investment industry. Ryan resides in Columbus with his wife, Lauren Fracasso Steinbauer ’02, and their three future Eagles: Bobby ’23, Lydia ’25, and Madalyn ’28. Kristen Miller joined the Bishop Watterson Development Team as the Development Database Manager in October of 2015. Kristen’s main responsibilities include: data and gift entry, data analytics, and general administrative support to the Development operation. She is a graduate of Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio (B.S. ’08), The University of Akron (M.A. ’12), and Cleveland State University Levin College of Public Affairs (MPA ’15). Prior to working at BWHS, she worked on several local and national political campaigns and as a Teaching and Research Assistant at both The University of Akron (Political Science) and Cleveland State University (Urban Affairs). Kristen lives in Gahanna and will assist you as the initial point of contact in the Development Department at BWHS.
