The CCL tournament:
Nicky DiCarlo , 3rd
Anthony Gulla , 4th

The wrestling season ended its dual meet schedule with a 3 – 3 record. The final two matches took place January 18. The team lost to Whetstone (53 – 15) and was victorious against Brookhaven (21 - 6). Although the Whetstone match appears to be lopsided, the wrestlers actually won 4 of the 5 head-to-head matches. On January 20-21, the team participated in the Grandview Invitational Tournament, with Nicky DiCarlo and Mark Guza picking up runner-up trophies and Mark Guza placing fourth. Watterson had an exhibition match against Centennial on January 25 and won 6 of the 8 matches wrestled. The team next wrestled at a very tough Miami Trace Tournament on January 28, and unfortunately had no placers. The CCL tournament took place this past weekend, February 11. Due to injuries and a variety of other reasons, only two wrestlers participated, with Nicky DiCarlo placing 3rd and Anthony Gulla finishing 4th.
